AI Consultant, Prompt Engineer, and Microsoft Cloud Specialist.

After an initial experience in a fiduciary environment in Monaco, Rilind joined Alexandre at Xperys, driven by the ambition to bring technical expertise in support of business value creation.
Holder of a dual master’s degree in Industry 4.0 and in Innovative Project Management, he received in-depth training in the Microsoft ecosystem through a one-year program with Be-Cloud, as well as in prompt engineering and generative AI.
Together, they support organizations of various sizes — from SMEs with 15 employees to companies with over 250 people — in their transition toward practical AI applications: task automation, content generation, conversational agents, and process optimization.
Rilind acts as a consultant, integrator, and strategic guide, helping clients clarify their use cases, prioritize their goals, and implement effective, sustainable, and well-adopted tools. Far from abstract promises, his approach is firmly grounded in real-world application: doing better, more simply, with the right technological building blocks.
Convinced that digital transformation is driven by people and practical use, he places listening, education, and adaptability at the heart of his approach. Alongside his consulting work, he actively continues to explore developments in AI, cloud technologies, and new intelligent interfaces.
