• As Partner and Co-founder of Xperys, Jean-Marc specializes in Information Systems Management, Cybersecurity, and Software Development. 
• Former Group IT Director for a consortium of SMEs comprising companies of various sizes across 10 sites in Europe and 2 offshore locations, Jean-Marc oversaw over 700 users and 200 servers. He managed a team of 40 professionals, including engineers and technicians, responsible for system and network infrastructure, databases, business applications, and software development.
• As a facilitator or participant in various working groups within the French cybersecurity community (mainly at CLUSIF), Jean-Marc actively contributes to the creation of deliverables related to cybersecurity topics.
• Having long served as lead developer on an open-source project, and having overseen numerous software development projects within the companies he worked for, Jean-Marc has a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management—whether it involves creating a new product or taking over the maintenance of an existing application.
• When supporting business leaders on topics such as IT management, cybersecurity, or software development, Jean-Marc is able to take charge of complex technical issues and translate them into business challenges. He also assists with planning and budgeting.
• Jean-Marc is fluent in French and English and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at ESSEC Business School to further strengthen his expertise in business management.
