• As Partner and Co-founder of Xperys, Francisco applies his expertise to the organization and financial management of the company—from team structuring to business performance oversight, including strategy, financial engineering, and asset valuation.
• An economist by training, Francisco specialized in the world of finance through many years leading financial departments in both the banking sector and service companies, in France and abroad. He has managed structures generating several hundred million euros in revenue and led multicultural teams across multiple countries.
• Early on, aware that there is no room for improvisation in a highly competitive and increasingly specialized world, Francisco placed the finance function at the heart of business operations to ensure growth and long-term sustainability.
• By supporting his clients on cross-functional topics, Francisco promotes value creation while maintaining full control over all types of risks—whether financial or operational—in order to protect margins and the company’s financial health.
