  • Partner at Xperys, Alexandre specializes in confidentiality protection for exposed entities—primarily in Europe. He has a deep understanding of corporate needs and the day-to-day realities of family-owned businesses and family offices. 
  • Former Head of Internal Audit at Société Générale Monaco, Alexandre is an expert in risk management, particularly in strengthening companies’ cyber resilience. His expertise covers internal and external fraud, data leaks, HR mobility, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR), human error, and cybercrime.
  • As an organizational and M&A consultant, Alexandre has been involved in significant acquisition deals (over €100M) across Europe, Africa, and Asia. For such high-stakes matters, his priority is to work with tools and practices that combine efficiency with absolute confidentiality.
  • Founder and former head of the Independent Wealth Manager Desk at SG Private Banking Monaco, Alexandre has an excellent understanding of the challenges, realities, and obligations faced by professionals in the sector (asset managers, fiduciaries, lawyers, family offices…) as well as wealthy families.
